Danielle is a wife, mother, woman of God, and founder of Conscious Nation Innovations. She has 30-plus years of experience in non-profit organizations in various sectors.

Her expertise includes community health improvement, strategic planning, program development & management, and hospital community benefit compliance. She is also a certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist.

Danielle has served and managed teams in the education, workforce, faith-based, healthcare, and philanthropy sectors. She has been a powerful force in dismantling racism in all of them.

As a seasoned professional in the field, she has presented at local, state, and national conferences and other forums regarding equity and community health improvement.

Danielle is passionate about holistic well-being, including spirituality, social-emotional, and community health.

Danielle is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences, Case Western Reserve University, with a Master of Science in Social Administration (MSSA) degree. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.

Early in life, she had the unique experience of attending boarding school in New Hampshire, where she graduated from Phillips Exeter Academy.
